Tracking Issues:
If your FedEx tracking number isn’t working, it might be due to a split shipment or a delay in shipping all items. Please allow some extra time for delivery. If you don’t receive your package, contact our customer care or shipping department for an update. For damaged packages, reach out directly to the carrier service.
Missed Delivery:
If you are unable to receive your order during the scheduled UPS/FedEx delivery time, check the Info Notice left by the carrier. You can leave instructions for the driver, request a redelivery, or adjust the delivery timing on the UPS/FedEx website.
Order Pickup Option:
You can opt to pick up your order by selecting “I want to use my shipper” and entering “will call” in the shipping details during checkout. We will notify you when your order is ready for pickup. Please wait for our call before visiting the office.
International Shipping:
Yes, we ship internationally. However, customs duties and charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
APO/FPO Addresses:
We ship to APO and FPO addresses via USPS. Delivery times may range from 5-10 business days, with potential delays of up to six weeks.

Return Shipping Costs:
We do not cover the return shipping cost for defective items, but we may offer a replacement shipped free of charge if the buyer agrees to pay for return shipping.
Free Standard Shipping:
If you return a non-defective item that qualified for free shipping, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. For defective items, we offer free one-way ground shipping for replacements.
Shipping Times:
Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours. We use UPS, FedEx, and USPS as our primary carriers. Here’s a quick overview:
Ground: 3-7 business days within the US, cut-off time is 1 PM Central Time.
UPS 3 Day: 3 business days within the US, cut-off time is 1 PM Central Time.
FedEx 2 Day: 2 business days within the US, cut-off time is 1 PM Central Time.
Standard Overnight: 1 business day within the US, cut-off time is 1 PM Central Time.
Priority Overnight: 1 business day within the US, delivery by 10:30 AM, cut-off time is 1 PM Central Time.
International Orders: Shipped via FedEx International Economy, cut-off time is 1 PM Central Time.
APO/FPO: Shipped via USPS Registered Mail.
Puerto Rico/Canada: Shipped via FedEx International Economy, cut-off time is 1 PM Central Time.
Saturday Delivery: Available for orders placed by 12 PM Central Time on Friday.
Cut-off Time:
The cut-off time is the latest time an order can be processed the same day. Orders placed after 1 PM Central Time will be processed the next business day. If you need special handling, please contact our Sales Department.
Shipping Delays:
Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. Guaranteed shipping applies only to the transit time, not the order processing time. Delivery times cannot be guaranteed for locations like Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Canada, and international destinations.
Missing Items:
