Please submit an RMA request after agreeing to the following terms and conditions, required for all returns to OptimumDrives:
Condition of Goods: Items must be undamaged and returned in their original condition, including all accessories, manuals, software, and warranties included in the original package.
Packaging: Once you receive your RMA number, securely repackage the items in the same condition they were delivered, ideally using the original outer box. A 25% restocking fee may be charged if the original box is marked or damaged.
Labeling: Do not write directly on the outer box. Ensure that the RMA number is clearly visible on the outer package. Failure to do so may result in package rejection.
Shipping Address: Clearly label the package with the full address of OptimumDrives.
Replacement Timeline: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send a replacement within 10 days of receiving the faulty product.
Discrepancies: Any issues between your purchase order (PO) and the items received must be reported within two days of delivery.
Goods Damaged in Transit
If the items are visibly damaged upon receipt, please sign for them as “damaged” with the courier and contact us immediately. Report any damage within two working days of delivery.
Hardware Replacement Ineligibility
Replacement may be denied for the following reasons:
The item is not faulty as per the information provided on the RMA form.
The product shows signs of tampering or physical damage.
Incompatible or incorrect software has been used.
OptimumDrives reserves the right to charge a 25% restocking fee if the original packaging is damaged or if components/accessories are missing.
