Return Window:
You can return any product within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange, as long as it is unused and retains all original tags and labels.
How to Return an Item:
Email us at rma@optimumdrives.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Place the item securely in its original packaging, include the proof of purchase, and send it to:

Note: You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow up to 10 days after receipt for processing. An email notification will be sent upon completion of the return.
Restocking Fees:
A 25% restocking fee will apply to all returns.
A 50% restocking fee may be charged if:
The package has missing or replaced components.
The item is found to be functional after testing (for defective/DOA claims).
The original packaging is damaged or tampered with.
Defective Items:
If your product is defective or dead on arrival (DOA), we will provide a replacement at no extra cost. However, if the product is found to be functional after inspection, a 50% RMA fee will apply.
Post-Warranty RMA Requests:
RMA claims made after the warranty period are generally not accepted. Exceptions may be considered under certain circumstances within 30-45 days of the purchase date.
Replacement Denial:
We reserve the right to deny a replacement if:
The item does not match the details listed in the RMA form.
The product shows signs of physical damage or tampering.
